1961 Rolex Submariner 5512 Pointed Crown Guard Case with Gilt 4 Line Chapter Ring Dial

Excellent and thick pointed crown guard case that shows some wear from use. The case has a shiny "Sleeve polished" finish. The black bezel insert is also in excellent condition and shows light wear from use. The outer case back is engraved "George H Perelman". The inner case back is stamped II.61. Excellent Swiss Rivet bracelet with 11 links and 80 end links. The bracelet has light stretch from age.

Excellent glossy gilt four line chapter ring dial with warm sandy markers and matching hands. The dial has some light patina under the center post. All lume glows brightly and at the same rate when exposed to UV then falls off rapidly which is correct for this series of dial.
